News & Events: News: Brendan Dowler OAMIn a fitting finish to a gold medal-winning Paralympic campaign, Pillar employee Brendan Dowler was today awarded an Order of Australia medal in the 2009 Australia Day Honours List.
Brendan was a member of the Australian wheelchair basketball team known as the Rollers that won gold at the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games. The team’s fantastic efforts were rewarded with each Roller receiving an Order of Australia medal.
Congratulations Brendan on an outstanding achievement!
